P. D'Arcy Hart, ‘Chronic Pulmonary Disease in South Wales Coal Mines: An Eye-Witness Account of the MRC Surveys (1937–1942)’ (Social History of Medicine 11, 3 (1998), 459–68)

On page 463 of the above article, the final sentence of the fourth paragraph should read: ‘In contrast to silicosis, we didn't find tuberculosis to be a leading feature of pneumoconiosis in colliers.’
